Sharon Powell

Sharon is our NexGen Ministry Coordinator and oversees our Kids & Students Ministry here at Long Beach Church.

Sharon has been working with children & students for over 20 years as a teacher, support services coordinator and ministry leader. She has worked in roles on elementary, middle school, high school & college campuses and several churches. She loves kids & teenagers and their families!

Sharon has been married to Pastor Grey for  32 years and she is Mom to 5 adult kids. When she’s not working with the kids & students here at Long Beach Church, she is teaching middle school at Santa Fe Springs Christian School. Sharon loves to cook, bake and be with her family!
